Should a Covid-19 related stay-at-home quarantine restriction exist in the city of your vacation destination the day of checkin, you may postpone and reschedule your reservation for a future travel date at any KBM Resort. There are no rebooking fees and 100% of all proceeds received are credited toward your future reservation.

In addition, you may purchase optional travel insurance coverage at checkout to further protect your vacation investment by ensuring a full refund (less insurance cost) should a member in your party test positive for Covid-19.

A: You may postpone and reschedule your reservation for a future travel date at any KBM Resort. There is no rescheduling fee and 100% of all proceeds received are credited toward your future reservation.

Q: What if me or a member of my traveling party staying with me does not receive a negative Covid-19 test result within 72-hours prior to departure if required for air travel?
A: If you purchased travel insurance, you may file an insurance claim to recover your reservation investment.

Q: Can I receive a full refund instead of a credit if me or a member of my traveling party contract Covid-19 before departure?
A: Yes, if you purchase travel insurance option at checkout and both you and your travelers will be covered for illness-related trip interruption and receive a refund from the Travel Insurance company instead of a credit.

Q: What is your regular cancellation and refund policy?
A: Cancellation requests received greater than 90 days from scheduled arrival date receive a full refund less $99 cancellation fee. Cancellation requests received 45 to 90 days prior to arrival receive a full refund less the deposit amount. Cancellation requests received less than 45 days from scheduled arrival date are ineligible for refund.
