The brand-new Luana Garden Villas are the newest enclave of the Honua Kai Resort & Spa, located on beautiful Kaanapali Beach on Maui's western shores. Each three-bedroom, three-bath villa offers over 2,000 square feet of interior living space and is beautifully designed and furnished for island living.
Each Luana private residence is located in one of 3 garden enclaves featuring a private pool, waterfall features, hot tub, and shared fire pit area. All homes offer a private entrance, garage as well as private and secure owner storage. Each of the 18 buildings within Luana contains 4 separate residences - 2 Grounded (1st floor) and 2 Elevated (2nd floor.).
All villas come fully furnished and equipped with everything that will truly make this feel like your home-away-from-home. Gourmet kitchens feature stainless steel appliances and everything you need to create the perfect meal for family and friends. Make memories on the spacious lanai with a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with ample space to entertain and dine.
Each villa sleeps 8 comfortably, with a king-size bed in each bedroom and a queen convertible sofa sleeper in the living room. Each master bathroom features a double vanity and glass walk-in shower while the guest bathrooms have a vanity with a tub/shower combination. Both master bedrooms open up to a private balcony area with outdoor seating.
Also included in all KBM Hawaii reservations at no additional cost is a children's package including a portable Pac 'n Play which doubles as an infant's crib (please bring your own crib sheet), booster seat with eating tray, plastic dishware and a large sand bucket with toys for the beach.
Although each Luana enclave has its own private pool area, all Luana guests have full access to all of the resort amenities at the Honua Kai Resort, including the 4 separate pools with waterslide, fitness center, spa, and restaurant. World famous Kaanapali North Beach is a short walk away.
For those that choose to explore the surrounding area, Honua Kai and the Luana Garden Villas are located minutes from the popular tourist destinations of Lahaina Town, Whaler's Village, and the Kapalua Resort Area.
All reservations made through KBM Hawaii include free wireless internet, house phone, cable tv service, and high-definition flat screen tv(s) with HDMI ports to connect your personal video cameras, gaming consoles, etc.

• Duke's Beach House Restaurant - Duke's Beach House provides guests an authentic Hawaiian dining experience and pays homage to the restaurant's namesake, legendary Hawaiian surfer and waterman Duke Kahanamoku. The restaurant serves fresh, locally sourced ingredients for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The cuisine is Hawaiian influenced with a focus on fresh, sustainable seafood and premium steaks. Duke's Beach House is located oceanfront at the resort. Hours of operation: Breakfast is served from 7:30 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. Lunch and dinner are served between 11 a.m. - 9:30 p.m.
• Viking BBQ Patios - Honua Kai features three luxury BBQ patios located in front of both towers near the three pools. Each BBQ patio includes several Viking Professional gas BBQ grills, grill lights for evening cooking, along with dining tables and chairs to enjoy the oceanfront view while you indulge your delectable delights fresh off the grill. Alcoholic beverages are allowed in the BBQ patios, so grab a bottle of your favorite beverage and watch the sunset BBQ style!
• Aina Gourmet Market - In addition to providing a full range of groceries and sundries, 'Aina Gourmet Market is a charming, rustic cafe with a full coffee bar; a deli case filled with: pastries, prepared salads, snacks, hot panini sandwiches and “zappers” for healthy grab ‘n go meals. The market is based on the "100-Mile Market" concept: utilizing products from within a 100-mile radius. Maui produce is stocked first, preferably from smaller farms and island-based businesses. The menu changes regularly based on the availability of fresh local produce and meats. A full range of breakfast, lunch and dinner items are available daily. Sample menu items for breakfast: muffins, bagels & lox, pastries, eggs, wraps, quiche and a full coffee bar. Sample lunch and dinner menu items include: fresh fruit, organic greens, fish plates, sub sandwiches, burgers and so much more.
